The Fountain Sanitation District is governed by an elected five-member Board of Directors. Any member of the community meeting the eligibility requirements of the District can serve as a Board member. During a regular election cycle, Board expiring terms are staggered in a rotation of two then three. Regular elections occur every other year during an odd number year. The 2023 election scheduled for May 2, 2023 has been cancelled due to there were no more candidates running than open Board positions to be filled. Congratulations to our newly elected Board Members, Carl Christian, Phil Thomas and Dan Blankenship.
Fountain Sanitation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Fountain Sanitation District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
