Effective as of January
2006
- Residential dwelling units within
the District: For each living unit, whether a single family dwelling,
duplex, fourplex, sixplex, eightplex, apartment building, individual
mobile home the rate shall be $17.25 per month;
- Residential dwelling units
outside the District: For each living unit, whether a single family
dwelling, duplex, fourplex, sixplex, eightplex, apartment building,
individual mobile home the rate shall be $34.50 per month;
- Church facilities excluding
facilities used for residential, school or daycare purposes, the rate
shall be $17.25 per month;
- Schools, Commercial,
Industrial establishments, Business or Enterprises, Privately owned
trailer courts or mobile home parks, and any other establishment,
business or enterprise the rate shall be $ 17.25 for the first 6,000 gallons
or any part thereof, plus $2.07 for each additional 1,000 gallons
thereafter or any part thereof;
Monthly user rates are
subject to change.
Prices and Rates for
sales of Taps: Effective as of February 1, 2005
A. Jimmy Camp Creek Basin and Lower Fountain Creek Basin:
- Minimum base PIF charge: - $5990.00
- Minimum base PIF for areas outside the District $7265.00
- Minimum fixture unit (FU) allowance: - 18
- FU charge in excess of minimum allowance - $125 (each)
B. The PIFs applicable to the remaining part of the District’s service area, generally the Upper Fountain Creek Basin, are reaffirmed as follows:
- Minimum base PIF charge -$2125.00
- Minimum base PIF for areas outside the District - $3400.00
- Minimum FU allowance - 18
- FU charge in excess of minimum allowance - $125.00 (each)
The Directors of the District may modify, revise, update, or otherwise change any plant investment fees, user charges, or special assessments to constituents in the District’s system from time to time, as authorized by statute and applicable regulations.
